Here’s what to do for a Facebook Feed Ad (suitable for viewing mobile devices):
Go to the Canva website.
Create an account >> Login >> Click the Create a design button >> Type in Facebook Feed Static Ad >> Design your ad
Single image creative:
To upload an image >> Click the Upload an image or video button >> Choose your file >> Click the image or video that pops up >> Stretch out the image, click and hold the circle on the corner. Drag the image to fit the whole template.
To use a stock photo >> Click Photos >> Type the image you are looking for in the search bar >> Scroll down >> Click the photo you want to use >> Stretch out the image, click and hold the circle on the corner. Drag the image to fit the whole template.
Click on the template >> Type “T” >> “Your paragraph text” should appear on the template >> Double-click and edit the text >> Change the font, size, color, line height, or letter spacing in the toolbar
Secret #2 | Quick and Easy Video and Animated Elements
To upload a video >> Click the Upload an image or video button >> Choose your file >> Click the image or video that pops up >> Stretch out the image, click and hold the circle on the corner. Drag the image to fit the whole template.
To use a stock video >> Click Videos >> Type the image you are looking for in the search bar >> Scroll down >> Click the photo you want to use >> Stretch out the image, click and hold the circle on the corner. Drag the image to fit the whole template.
Click Elements >> Type the element you are looking for in the search bar >> Scroll down >> The animated elements will be moving >> Click the element you want to use >> Stretch out to the preferred size
In Canva Pro, the search bar will have an icon with three lines and three circles.
Click the icon with three lines and three circles >> Click Animated >> Enter >> Scroll down >> Click animated element
Secret #3 | Canva Website
This option is perfect for those on a budget or do not want to spend money on a website. A Canva landing page can be a simple option to present your business.
At this time, you either have to pick desktop or mobile for the template size.
You should test both ways by publishing a trial Website and then publish a trial Mobile-First Website. You can then decide which trial you prefer to view on both desktop and mobile. This helps you choose which template size to use.
Create a design button >> Type Website (Mobile-First Website, if the majority of the people looking at this site are using a mobile device) >> Design your page >> Click the Publish as Website button >> Choose your Web style in the drop-down menu >> Click the Open Website button >> Copy and paste the URL link

You can sign up with Google, Facebook, or by email to access Canva. Several elements and features will be marked free to let you know what you can and cannot do.
Is it worth paying for Canva?
It depends on how often you would use the templates, elements, and features that they offer. You can try the free trial first. Canva marks what elements and features are Canva Pro (the paid plan).
If you feel you would use the Pro features and elements, the paid plan would be worth it.

Home page >> Templates >> Choose the template you want under a listed category (social media, personal, business, marketing, education, trending)

Working off a mobile device will have less capabilities than a desktop.

How to work on a project:
Tap the document to view Cameral Roll, Images, and Background Color options

After you add an image, you will be able to change the Filter, Transparency, and ability to crop.

Yes. At the Uploads tab, you can upload an image or video to add to your template.

The elements and fonts from the pre-made logo templates are okay to use.
